The Parkwood Inn & Suites

Room was outdated and cluttered with furniture. A few bugs got into the even though we barely went in and out of the room. Shower and bathroom desperately need some work.

The room was good, a little old but clean. Good service staff at check-in and daily room service with new towels. All together a nice place.

Didn't know they had breakfast. Still a wonderful place.

Nice room. Great bed. Cold air and hot water. Very satisfied so far.

Noisy, AC was noisy, door didn't lock properly, staff were unavailable. Cleaning was sporadic...not a good experience

We needed a place to stay in Mountain View for one night with our dog, the lawn was perfect for him.

The room was old. We didn’t have enough towels. The fridge was leaking. There was another fridge and two microwaves, but none of them worked. We could hear coughing from the neighboring room.

The rooms are outdated and smell of stale cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The room was however clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything seemed to work as it should except for the fan in the bathroom.

Everything was great.
