Очень удобная локация, достаточно посуды на миникухне, удобный стол. Очень приветливые работники.

Неудобные подушки. Были вопросики к душу: не очень плотно закрывался, а еще сложновато было настроить (то не включался, то не выключался). Но в целом это все терпимо.

Die Lage ist ca. 300m vom Kleberplatz entfernt. Unterwegs ein Einkaufszentrum mit allen Speise-Möglichkeiten auch zum Frühstücken. Das Zimmer hatte Aircontition und es war ruhig, sofern das Fenster geschlossen war.

Wie beschrieben, wird das Zimmer nur mit Aufpreis gereinigt und zusätzliche Handtücher müssen beszahlt werden. Der Garagenplatz wir mit 14 € angekündigt, jedoch kommen Steuern noch dazu.

Чудове розташування, ліфт, зручне ліжко і матрас, необхідне обладнання на міні-кухні, кондиціонер та рушникосушарка.Номер невеликий, але зручний. Видно, що колись було часткове оновлення. В цілому, ми і очікували чогось подібного за ці гроші.

Не було відчуття чистоти: плями та відбиткі пальців на дверях, крива кришка унітаза і неприємний запах звідти, по кутах - відкладення бруду. Я помила посуд і протерла поверхні дезінфікуючими серветками. Було чутно розмови у коридорі і у вбиральні сусіднього номеру. На щастя, сусіди не були галасливі. Шафа маленька.

Die Lage war gut, da zentrumsnah, die Bahnstrecke hinterm Haus störte aber besonders nachts. Das Personal war nett.

In meinem Appartement waren Wasserboiler und Lüftungsschacht zu laut und sorgten für ständige Lärmkulisse, besonders nachts. Der Frühstücksbereich ist nicht ausreichend, wenn 2 Busse mit 120 Schülern im Teenageralter gleichzeitig das Buffet stürmen!
