City Résidence Strasbourg Centre

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Strasbourg. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. The only thing missing at breakfast was a selection of fresh vegetables.

The only negative point was the shower gel provided in the room. It came in a very small bottle, which was not enough for daily use, so we had to ask the reception for additional shower gel every day. Apart from this minor inconvenience, our stay was enjoyable and we would gladly recommend this hotel.

立地が最高です。 駅からも近く、中心地にも徒歩圏内です。 すぐ近くにショッピングモールもあり非常に便利でした。

Pas apprécier c'est un grand mot mais la douche se fermé mal, sûrement la porte sortie du rail et des joints de douche un peu noir ..

Stanze spaziose. Staff gentile in quanto hanno provveduto subito a cambiarci stanza dopo che, appena fatto il check in, abbiamo segnalato che il bagno non era stato ben pulito.

La struttura negli spazi comuni è un po' datata e non pulitissima. La stanza che ci avevano assegnato non era stata ben pulita, era polverosa e il wc era sporco, però appena lo abbiamo segnato ci è stata cambiata e la seconda era ben pulita.

Personeel bij het ontbijt blonk niet uit in vriendelijkheid. Ontbijt was vrij eenvoudig. Hotel lijkt ook een opfrisbeurt toe in het algemeen.
