Check in war schnell und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Zimmer war sauber und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Wir wollten dann eine Kleinigkeit an der Bar essen. Leider waren die Kapazitäten des Restaurants mit 9 anderen Gästen bereits erschöpft und man konnte uns innerhalb einer Stunde kein Essen zusagen. Akzeptiert und dann halt nur ein Kölsch getrunken. Nach der Show wieder in der Bar eingekehrt. Vom sehr freundlichen und engagierten Barkeeper bemerkt worden und er kam zu uns an den Tisch um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Nachdem wir unseren ersten Drink leer hatten, haben wir mehrmals probiert bei einem der Kellner zu bestellen. Trotz Ansprache wurden wir ignoriert. Bin dann selber an die Theke und habe direkt beim freundlichen Barkeeper bestellt. Danach sind wir dann aufs Zimmer. Beim Frühstück war die Wurstauswahl qualitativ und proportional nicht gut, des weiteren waren alle Brötchen wie Gummi. Meine Frau hat ihr Hotel wegen dem guten Frühstück gebucht. Das wird leider nicht mehr passieren. Es sind sicherlich nur Kleinigkeiten und stöhnen auf hohem Niveau. Jedoch kostet so eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück auch ne Menge Geld. Da ärgert man sich halt auch über Kleinigkeiten.

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. A very large choice of food.

It was a shame you could not turn the air-conditioning down. It was very hot in the room at night staff tried but they’re regulated by their summer and winter seasons.

Das Bett ist zu schmal. Frühstück extra gut Lage: sehr gut

Das "faule" Personal an der Bar am Samstag von 15hbis 1530 wo wir über 20 Minuten gebeten hatten um ein Mineralwasser und dann nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit in die Nachbarskneipe gegangen sind, um ein Erfrischungsgetränk zu geniessen. Das war eine grobe Frechheit.
