Hilton Cologne

The hotel was very well located to all the major sites. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

The hotel is need of a refresh; the bathrooms are compact and oldish. Having the flush bottoms below the lid is extremely unhygienic.

Great property and location, right down the street from the Dom Cathedral. We stayed once before during the Christmas market last year, but wanted to see it again during the spring/summer months. The Hilton did not disappoint. Great staff, easy check-in made better by the pleasant surprise of being upgraded to the Duplex King Suite, which the kids loved exploring. We dd not eat at the property, since there are many restaurants in the area, even one Thai place that was surprisingly very good. We will be back again.

Only one issue was this the internet in the Duplex Suite, if you were up in the master bedroom, the internet connectivity was not very good at all. I asked the reception if this was a known problem, but they said there was some issues with the internet. They said to connect to the Hilton Public, instead of the Hilton Rewards connection, but that did not work either. Small price to pay for a free upgrade.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie haben uns geholfen, dass wir früher einchecken konnten und das Zimmer war groß, schön und gepflegt. Das bequeme Bett hat mir geholfen, meine Rückenschmerzen loszuwerden. Wir haben neben Mineralwasser sogar Sekt und Obst aufs Zimmer bekommen. Beim Frühstück gab es eine super liebe Servicekraft, die auf unser Kind eingegangen ist, eine riesige Auswahl, wo für jeden was dabei war, und uns wurden leckere Eier Benedict zubereitet.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
