Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt am Beginn der Fußgängerzone. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ungefähr 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof zu Fuß, es fährt aber auch eine Straßenbahn und eine Buslinie in die direkte Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich.

Es gab einige Kleinigkeiten, die verbesserungswürdig sind. In unserem Zimmer 511 war die Toilettenspülung nicht ganz in Ordnung, wir haben das zurückgemeldet, damit es repariert wird. Zudem fehlen auf dem Zimmer ein Flaschenöffner sowie Wassergläser. Die Matratzen waren für uns beide viel zu hart, auch die Kissen sind extrem dick. Auf Nachfrage haben wir allerdings flachere Kissen bekommen. Gut ist, dass es grundsätzlich 1 bar gibt, die bis spät abends geöffnet ist. Allerdings bekamen wir den Aperol Spritz in einem Bierglas serviert, Weingläser hatten sie abends um 22:30 Uhr nicht mehr, so dass wir Wein in Sektgläser bekamen. Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich eigentlich, dass es genügend Gläser für verschiedene Getränke gibt.
