Nice pool, room was comfortable and close to the beach except ocean view rooms have 3 steps inside door leading up to sleeping area, Restaurant had very good food. staff where accommodating.

Lighting in the room is not bright enough

The rooftop with the swimming pool and the kindness of the staff

I expected more of the room. Strong smell of humidity and the shower didn’t have hot water.

Nothing Only one positive thing was the one old lady who was super nice and helpful that she tried to help me with my phone issues

The upper pool on the roof was always busy because it was small The roof was in always maintenance operation so it was super annoying because it was close to my room location and that woke me up always at early morning with no respect to guests The reception was nice however they were unable to complete a sentence in simple English The bed is not comfortable at all and the whole room needs maintenance The housekeeping was not able to check there bedsheets before they organize the room so i found it dirty but organized
