Mercure Kuta Bali

Lage Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top – sehr zentral und in direkter Nähe zum Strand. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben und für den Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung, Das Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich dieses während meines Aufenthalts nicht in Anspruch genommen habe.

Nicht gefallen hat mir teilweise die Lautstärke, besonders abends und nachts. Auf dem Flur haben Kinder laut geschrien und sind herumgerannt. Außerdem wurde sich in der Lobby, vor allem abends, teilweise sehr laut unterhalten. Auch die Zimmerreinigung fand häufig sehr früh statt und war dabei recht laut. Dadurch war es zeitweise schwierig, zur Ruhe zu kommen. Der Kleiderschrank war zu klein und die Matratze für mich etwas zu hart.

Great location. Restaurant was amazing. All the staff were so accomodating and happy to help us. We actually had to leave a villa due to noise and wanted to find somewhere to accommodate us all with little notice. Mecure was amazing. We created a booking, got access to one room very early and the next two rooms shortly after. They upgraded us and kept us all in neighbouring rooms.

The blankets could be better. Some things are a little dated but it’s very comfortable.

Uitzicht vanuit het zwembad op de zee en de locatie.

La piscine à débordement. La gentillesse du personnel ! Tout le monde était souriant, gentil et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, sucré comme salé. Gauffre toast croissant gâteau céréales pour enfant mais aussi omelette préparer sur place nasi, riz, crudités viande... J'ai été surclassé à mon arrivée et incroyablement bien accueilli avec un cocktail pour l'attente de ma chambre qui a pris un très léger retard. En plein dans la rue animée donc on a tout ce qu'il faut restau boutique...

Rue très bruyante mais ça ne dépend pas de l'hôtel. Si vous avez le sommeil léger pensez à des boules quiès.
