Staff behaviour and location. Pool cleaness.

Breakfast options can be improved. In room there should be hook to put on napkins and jakets or clothes. Room locks should be smart.

Excellent location Great breakfast Great facility - 2 pools Friendly staff Clean rooms

The design (no partition/barrier between the shower room and the rest of the bathroom) of the bathroom means the shower water splashes every where so the whole floor is so slippery (the tiny floor mat is just not enough to soak up all the water caused by three of us) , and you need to be extra vigilant not to skip and fall.

L'hôtel est idéalement placé au sein de Fira er même de l'île pour pouvoir visiter. Beaucoup d'espace extérieur, ce qui est très appréciable même en centre ville

Breakfast, swimming pool, quiet life at the hotel, location (10/10). Very good choice!

What we didn't like so much was the noise from the plumbing (although it was occasional, it could be heard).
