"A really nice home base when visiting Gainesville"

I was in Gainesville to visit my UF student and had a really good experience. The spaces were clean and well kept. I had the impression that the hotel had not had a remodel or refresh for some time but still thought it was very well kept. The suite rooms were a nice size and I felt like I would have had plenty of space even if I had been traveling with the rest of my family (it was just me this visit). I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet team, front desk staff and housekeepers that I interacted with were all upbeat and welcoming.

"Recommended!"

Springhill Suites provided a comfortable, spacious room for our 1 night stay. It featured a small living area & kitchenette with separate sleeping area. Check in was friendly, quick & efficient. The free breakfast had multiple choices of food, drink and condiments to satisfy varied tastes. The highlight of our breakfast experience was Ms. Red, the breakfast attendant, who went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. She was pleasant and cordial & happy to please. She worked non-stop to keep up with the demands of the large morning crowd with a smile on her face!
