"Breakfast Time"

Customer service at this location was impeccable. From the time we walked in into the moment we felt very comfortable. Everyone was friendly, Ms Shirley and Ms Andrea made our breakfast time the best parts of our day. They were warm and inviting every day. They even sung happy birthday to my niece for her 16th birthday and gave her a birthday card. There was a small issue with the toilet seat and they replace the whole seat within the hour. This will now be my go to stop when I pass through Gainesville. Thank you all so much for everything ❤️ Till next time from KY

This hotel was really clean and comfy. We appreciated the breakfast in the morning and all the staff ( front desk and breakfast attendants) were really nice and helpful. We will definitely come back!

Rooms were clean but a little dusty in some areas.

The hotel is really awesome, clean and neat and the staff service specially, the breakfast staff, Miss Sherley. She was very helpful and dedicated, and we really liked her for helping us and serving us and being friendly.

I love the location and the facilities. I liked the sitting room and the laundry service. The area was a little loud and rowdy. Hearing yelling at night outside was disconcerting

I know there isn't much you can do about the homelessness situation right off of property. There was a really bossy woman overseeing the breakfast area.

"Warm hospitality"

We stayed here one night. It was a great experience. The ladies in charge of the breakfast bar were the sweetest, offering the best southern hospitality. The food was well cooked and served with a smile. Special shout out to Ms Shirley, Ms Rashonda and Octavio the gentleman at the front desk.
