Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites

I have been here several times now. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a great location to walk to the beach and food. The rooms are recently remodeled and clean. Bed was comfortable. We will be back.

It was a low key relaxing vacation located right across the street from the beach. I originally booked the bar side and they upgraded my husband and I to a suite on the pool side due to renovations happening on our original room. The front desk employees are super helpful and since our flight landed at 10:45am and check in is not until 4:00pm I requested early check in for $25 if possible. They texted me as soon as the room was ready which was about an hour after arrival and they also stored our luggage in the office while we had drinks and lunch at the Tiki bar. They provided a ton of K-cups and 4 waters in our room and you could go to the office to request more which I did for Free. The atmosphere is so relaxing everyone was friendly that stayed there and we met a lot of people from all over. The sand at the beach is to die for!! Super powdery and was cool on your feet so you weren't running to the water for relief. Awesome sunsets on the beach also and everything from restaurants, bars, breakfast establishments and shopping were all within walking distance no need to rent a car. Lyft from airport was super easy to navigate and cost $33 with a tip. All in all an excellent location and very quiet area. I would definitely recommend this hotel & would stay again.

My last night’s stay the piped in pool music was blaring all night long and in Spanish. I tried to call the numbers I had to report it but there wasn’t an option to leave a message. Also emailed and the email was returned saying address not found. Upon checking out I once again reported it and asked for a refund of that night. I was offered 1/2 the amount and they demanded I sign a release saying I wouldn’t post a bad review. They said I didn’t call the correct number to report the issue. They were very unprofessional and rude. And the rooms were VERY VERY TINY- even for 1 person. I suggest you another property!!

Our room was exactly what we expected; recent upgrades are lovely! Only qualm was the mattress was lumpy but we were so tired from the swimming and sun, we were able to overcome it and get restful enough sleep.
