I cannot recommend the hotel. Property needs to be upgraded. Rooms (and bathroom rooms) certainly seem dated

We loved everything about the Hilton Hotel in Slussen. We really enjoyed our room which had a fabulous view over the Old Town. Every Hilton staff member was phenomenal in every way and it extended across the entire hotel, from the front desk to the dining room, the bar, and the breakfast room. They couldn’t do enough to make our time there memorable. Of course, there is always one staff member who we will especially remember and that is Daria. She was amazing and just went out of her way to ensure that we had the best time, and we did! Thank you so much Daria for making our special week in Stockholm so memorable. We can’t wait to come back.

There was nothing!

The toilet seat in my room was loose, and after complaining at the reception it took 2 days to get it fixed. The soap dispenser's in my room was also empty when I arrived, and this took even longer time to get fixed.

Great breakfast, waffles, omelette,. Close to metro, easy walk to old centre , restaurants close by

Overall a wonderful, comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast and super friendly helpful kind staff. The bathroom was beautiful, and we had a nice view of the street. We booked another room for my mother-in-law who stayed in the room next door to us. She was very happy too. The location was perfect for walking 10 minutes into Gamla Stan (the beautiful old streets of Stockholm), and catching other public transport (boat, bus, or metro) to other sites. We arrived early for check-in which was €37.75 and well worth it, and we were able to use the luggage room after check-out.

We stayed in a Queen room (2019) - the size was just comfortable for us as a family of 3 (2 adults and a 9 month old baby). We were cold in the bedroom, despite turning the heating up to 22 degrees, but the front desk were able to get a portable heater for us which sorted the problem. As a front/side sleeper, I also found the pillows to be a bit too firm/large. I'm sure reception would have sorted this for me if I had let them know! I would consider staying again, but only if we got a good price, and needed such a central location again.

The Location was perfect, staff was really friendly and made our group very comfortable. The sauna was great and the Gym facilities was excellent.

Could have added a pool and Jacuzzi would improve things.
