No ice machine and the dishes, utensils, etc. were not clean.

Nice location always accommodating when you talk to the staff the prices here you can’t beat

The Staff was outstanding. The maid service Excellent. Very quiet, clean and affordable!

There wear cock roaches. The door seals wear missing and just a slight kick on the door and you wear in.

Okay. At first I liked how the room came with the fridge, microwave and a sink in the kitchen net for the price. It was pretty good deal until my wife and I were met with a rude staff member. Unfortunately there's always got to be one right?

"Retaliatory Staff Behavior and False Accusations" Ruined an Otherwise Decent Property..... My wife and I stayed at this Extended Stay location previously and had a decent experience. We liked the kitchenette, found the pricing reasonable, and had no major complaints during our first stay. Because of that, we chose to return for a five-day stay. Unfortunately, this second stay was completely derailed by the unprofessional and retaliatory behavior of a front desk staff member A Woman in her mid to late 60s. CAUCASIAN, WHITE HAIR SHORT IN LENGTH YOU.CANT MISS HER. At check-in, we were greeted by a front desk associate who immediately displayed a dismissive and irritated attitude toward my wife when she asked basic questions. Her responses were short, dry, and conveyed clear annoyance. When I politely asked whether it was possible to be placed in a room with a newer TV (knowing from a prior stay that room amenities vary but pricing does not), her demeanor changed further and she appeared visibly bothered by the request, as if it were an unreasonable inconvenience. Another staff member A Hispanic Heavier set woman that I I recognized from a previous stay stepped in and was able to accommodate the request easily and professionally. This appeared to upset the original staff member, and from that point forward, every interaction with her became problematic. Throughout the remainder of our stay, issues repeatedly arose only when dealing with this individual. Towels were returned short after being turned in properly, and every encounter felt unnecessarily confrontational and passive-aggressive. It became very clear that this was retaliation for speaking up on the first day. The situation escalated on the day of checkout when I called the front desk to ask about extending my stay for an additional night.

Didn't have wifi, surrounding was little ghetto, room bed skirts were dirty , lifted the couch chair was dirty with trash under it. They didnt have conditioner in rooms

I travel to esa temecula several 3 times a year usually I spend around 6 months a year i am always happy when I travel here 😊 the staff from Hilda the manager to the other people who work the front desk the cleaning staff maintenance they are always nice and helpful with my needs i appreciate all of them 😀 thank all of you to make my stays pleasant
