The Employees, were very friendly and helpful.

They need to clean the bathroom better. Under the faucet was not pleasant and the rim of the sink. A cleaner and a little scrub did it for me.

For the price of this hotel, the facilities were pretty run down/ significant wear and tear. I’m all for staying at a run down place to save some money, but this hotel is priced too high for its facilities. The floor in my room was sticky and there was only a sheet on the bed. But when we went to reception thankfully a staff member gave us a quilt.

The location was great. Shopping centers all over.

The rooms were dirty. I had to clean the rooms. Lock on door was broken had to use latch thing at top of door for security. Cabinet doors missing. Room was by the lobby entrance so all I smelled was cigarette all day & night from guest smoking outside of window. I had a non smoking room. If I didn’t need a room to stay then I would off ask for my money back.

nothing the pots wer dirty, the walls were greasy the tub was dirty i had to go to walmart to get supplies to clean the room. there was nothing ava as showe like ttoastr, cutting board coffee maker and the sheets were dirty stained and pillows flat and smelly i went to go to sesame place and booked 3 nights and left early

i hated it all the staff was unprofessional andthere were roachs
