"First night out"

The staff was very helpful, courteous, professional. They seemed to enjoy their jobs. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Simple and delicious. Room was clean. The tap entry throughout the building is super convenient. There's cameras in the hallways and stairs.

In my room the outlets weren't in the most accessible places. It would have been more convenient to have an ironing board, luckily I had an iron(lol). The door for rm321 could use some lubricant, I felt bad at night like I was disturbing the quiet and other guests sleeping. Needs a better flushing toilet.

Absolutely nothing.

Smelled like smoke even though we requested a non smoking room. Carpet was dirty. A bug came out of the bed. Very unpleasant stay.

The shower in tub didn't have any thing in it to keep from falling/ grabbars nothing. The bathroom doorknob was hanging loosely in hole. Painted tube was peeling. No coffee in lobby or room.
