Our room was not clean, we found fast food receipt taped to the TV, also the bathtub had somebody soap and bathcloth.

It was not clean. It had an unpleasant odor. The light in the ceiling had wires hanging out, as there was no light fixture . The shower handle was stripped, making it very difficult to adjust the water temperature.
