Location, pet friendly

I am 75 years old & had to carry one elderly dog & lead another on a leash (both small Shih Tzus) up 3 flights of stairs while also carrying my luggage & supplies for them. Needless to say after 8 hours of driving, I was breathless & exhausted. I asked for a bottom floor room online. The room smelled of dog urine. The lady at the desk was very friendly & accommodating.

Close to location we needed to be at

We got a room that was very dirty(there was spit wads on ceiling, stains on floor burn holes on blanket and stains making that either looked like mold or dead bugs) and had a tv that was not working. They switched us to another room and There was bugs in that one. The shower was not working and there was also burn holes in the blankets
