The place was near all the stores and by the place we needed to visit. This place included breakfast and dinner. That's a pretty big deal in NY

Cozy suite quiet

Reception was awful from check in to leaving. Bar tender with nose piercing was rude. I thought she charged me more for a drink. Anyway, I apologized and she refuse to accept and kick me out of the bar. Breakfast was ok but cold and dinner didn’t bother. I feel like the service for my stay was poor and no love in their job. Management must be useless since the staff lack energy and kindness.

bad attitude from the front desk is the best way to explore ppl in nyc

everything! bad service, bad food, really really bad breakfast it's actually kinda funny, all facilities are old asf as well.. don't even get me started on that
