Дуже комфортний готель, знаходиться недалеко від жд вокзалу. На ресепшені нас зустріла дуже приємна пані, вона в деталях пояснила все та побажала гарного відпочинку. В готелі є міні спа, яким можна скористатись та чудовий сніданок.

Hotel storico molto carino in un paese di montagna che ci è rimasto nel cuore, vicinissimo alla stazione, molto accogliente e silenzioso, ottima colazione ed abbiamo anche cenato nel loro ristorante!!!

We had a family suite that was huge and perfect for a family of 4! It was two separated living spaces with a large bed in each space that shared one bathroom. Both spaces had their own balcony area and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location in Zermatt and on the main street with so many choices of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was included and very nice. Short walk from train station and also to the train that takes you to see the Matterhorn! We loved this hotel.

Centrally located, 250-300m from the railway station, old vibes and with all the facilities. Big rooms with big beds.

Check in time is 3:00 pm, we sent a request for early check in, to which the reply was “subject to availability”. At 1:30 pm when we reached the reception, no staff was available till 3:00 pm. Basically they don’t entertain the early check in request.
