Proximity to main shops and trailhead to Matterhorn. Clean and charming. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

As an American, I would have loved air conditioning, but open windows worked well in the mornings.

The location was close to the train station and on the main street in Zermatt. The staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent. The room was spacious.

Their restaurant was closed for "low season" as were many others in Zermatt. The bathroom featured a tub/shower combination which was hard to get in and out. It did not feel safe even for tall people like ourselves.

First, great location…5 minute walk from train station and near a lot of restsurants. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Beds are very confortable. Breakfast offers a very good range of food items and held in a very nice dining room. Staff were are very friendly and polite. I highly recommend this hotel

Location was great, room was lovely, very spacious. Quality bed and bedding, room was clean, breakfast very good and staff were pleasant.

Would have liked a kettle in the room.
