Friendly staff, liked how the room had a keurig coffee maker- could tell that they cleaned it recently so very good coffee, clean room, and a really nice pool! Good distance to shopping in Red Deer.

I wish that breakfast was included with the room. No bath tub in room made it hard to bath my child, had to use bathroom sink for my baby but that might have been my own fault for not double checking if room had bath tub or not.

Super clean rooms and very good food! Casino was very welcoming as well. Arrived early and they accommodated my early check in and late check out as well!

Location, amenities were amazing.

The pool was closed when I was here, the people across the hall had a dog that barked all night. The doors aren't sound resistant. So you hear everytime some speaks or goes in their room. It wasn't the cleanest. The light was burnt out in the lamp, the bathroom ran didn't work and the temperature control for the fridge was gone.

The staff was amazing! Efficient, welcoming and friendly.

The room was slightly runned down. There were stained hand prints on the door, the bathroom fan didn't work, the temperature control for the fridge was missing. No sound privacy. Conversations/ coughing had in the hallway at 1 am were heard loud and clear in the room. The doors slammed everytime someone went into their room.
