Dimond Center Hotel

Location of Dimond Center Hotel is great! Southside of town next to all the stores and shops you need. The atmosphere is modern and yet a true Alaskan feel! We have rented more than once a conference room here! These rooms had all we needed! The staff are pleasant and ready to help! Rose even stopped by to make sure we were all okay! I appreciate that! That is where the value is of this hotel is, in the staff. Manager always helps us out! Thank you Olesea! Everything seemed very clean and tip top shape which is hard to do in Alaska! We received catering service for breakfast during our meeting and it met our expectations! Hot, filling, and delicious with many options! Bravo team!

Rose did an amazing job with breakfast. She was very attentive with restocking and kept the food station clean and always stocked

Susan was awesome, she served us a great breakfast. Our stay was very comfortable and the stff was always friendly and helpful.

I want to give Cordero in Environment services 5 stars and a big thank you for his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to identify someone in need of assistance. I’ve been coming to this hotel on and off with the VA for est 5 years and he always says good morning and is upbeat whereas the people behind the desk barely raise their heads. Cordero begins work at approximately 0400 am and because I am an early riser, I see him hard at work assuring the lobby is well maintained. He also assisted me with numerous bags from the entrance to my vehicle during the below zero cold snap when every one else just glared at me. My medical issues are not evident at a glance; but clearly, I was struggling. He was a bright star in a dark morning for me. THE WORLD NEEDS MORE CORDEROS. Thank you and continue being YOU! It was amazing breakfast was great and Susan was the nicest person ever and we had an amazing time here at Diamond hotel!!

The Dimond Center Hotel is always my number one choice. All employees are very kind. Especially Susan who will always make you feel seen and ensure your area is clean.

Susan was really helpful at the coffee dispenser this morning and cleaned up my mess with a smile. It turned a rough start in the morning into a bearable day.

We really appreciate Susan, Rose for the breakfast service. They helped me make a waffles because my hand is broken. Thank you for the kind gesture.

They deserve a raise for being so on top of their game very professional. Prompt clean up made my breakfast most pleasant.

Room on the third floor was cold And would Not heat up . Front desk was accommodating and friendly and Susan and Rose did a great job at breakfast !
