"Upscale motel, updated and comfortable."

Nicely updated, pleasantly decorated, comfortable beds and pillows, good location minutes from Miami University. Appreciated the smart TV for streaming. Very pleasant front desk.

No bathtub, though the bathroom had nice new tile.

"Dirty but nice "

Vent fan in bathroom hadn’t been touched in a long time if ever. Floor cracked in a few spots. A fairly polished turd. For the price not awful. Bed was clean which is all I really want.

Air conditioning boxes were extremely loud and banged when they turned on and off. Bed was to soft… probably needed a new mattress
