It was clean

There was no hot water in the morning. I was told to let in run for a few min but even after 20 min there was still no hot, not even warm water. AC was really loud.

The location, comfortable beds, high quality bedding, the ease of coming and going (ability to park in front of room) and friendly and accommodating staff. For my purpose, a motel style worked great since I was traveling with a bicycle. An excellent value that met my needs of just needing a good nights sleep.
