We stayed 3 nights here on the way to Ubud. It was very good atmosphere, friendly staff, beautiful swimming pool.

We had to see Gecko everyday. They were hiding behind big frame and make noise couple of times and it was very loud but it was actually okay because we are in Bali. But there was also another noise from somewhere outside every night. I think it was like karaoke or praying song and it was loud and I had to hear that until late.

Comfy bed and clean room, with shared kitchen, and a nice open roof bathroom with complimentary soap and shampoo. Lovely, albeit small, pool. Staff was very friendly and available for questions. Breakfast was a treat.

Curtains didn’t fully close, which made the room feel less private. No warm water in the shower. They serve food, but there is no restaurant to sit in, and the ‘balcony’ in front of the room has a low couch/bench, but no proper place to sit and eat at. There are a few ‘public’ tables spread out over the property that you can sit at, but it feels a bit weird to have dinner in the middle of an open space that is used by other guests for other purposes (such as pool area, shared kitchen area). Food was okay, but menu items were slightly overpriced. Walls paper thin, I was kept awake by snoring guest in neighboring room. Overall, okay, but slightly overpriced accommodation. Also, there didn’t seem to be a lot of other restaurants or shops in walking distance.

It felt like I was reconnecting with nature. Absolutely beautiful and the staff were so friendly and the dogs were gorgeous - I think I fell in love with Ari 😍
