Everything was okay

Room could have been nicer

The host was friendly and polite and respectful. Willing to do anything to make our stay comfortable

It was further away from the Dr office than I would have liked but not the hotels fault

bed was comfortable

broken toilet paper holder, broken faucet, no hangers

It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life

Nothing

The heater did not work. I got transferred to 3 rooms. All had problems with the heat. The beds was not clean. Spots was in the sheets. The TV didn't work. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The maintenance man was an a******, not courteous, not professional, you need to be fired. He don't do his job, he come up with excuses and he tried to blame it on. The person that rent the room that has nothing to do with it. The maintenance, the upkeep of the apartment or hotel motel or whatever you want to call it was terrible. I would never stay there again and I would not recommend anyone to stay there. This is the one in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It need to be shut down and remodeled. Or tore down and rebuilt, that's my opinion.I wanted my money back but I was too tired to go through the hassle.So I stayed there in caught a cold
