For the first time In my life there was fungus growing up through the floor from the sink. Door jams broken horrible fungal smell in multiple rooms flooring falling in at the door. A friend stayed at the property bc his wife was afraid they wouldn’t get a refund. Their door had been kicked in at one point it didn’t latch well. The toilet in their first room 238 was broken. Owner gave them a hard time about towels. 235 Had the fungus growing up from the floor. Room 233 we heard the door and saw someone shaking it. The mother and son got stuck in the room and couldn’t get back out. Currently fighting with booking.com about a refund. And they are not siding with the customer and supporting this health hazard. Photos and info about the fungus listed in pictures. It was late at night almost 10 pm and we were exhausted. Attempted another room that didn’t not have fungus but was 2 doors down and smelled of it. We decided it was not safe for us or our animals to stay. They refused refund. I have to check but say they refunded the pet deposit. We then had to search out another property that would accept us and our 2 dogs at 11 pm.
