Très bel hôtel. Extérieur très agréable. Personnel agréable à la réception ainsi qu'au restaurant. Maître nageur d'une gentillesse et bienveillance qui se font rare. Par contre l'état des chambres très limite pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Enormément d'infiltration aux niveau de la salle de bain les dalles du plafond sont gonflés et décollé. Hygiene mediocre dans les toilettes. Fourmi dans les chambres à notre arrivée. On attend mieux d' un hôtel de ce standing. Rapport qualité prix à revoir !

Merci à notre femme de ménage Sonia juste parfaite. Restaurant excellent et vue splendide.Très bon spa. Dommage qu’on ne nous ait pas informés des cours de gym aquatique gratuits.

Saltvandspools så ikke særlig børnevenligt. Personalet er ikke særlig serviceminded og vi var i restauranten første aften og det var en meget dårlig oplevelse! Gå ned i byen i stedet for. Lejlighederne er meget brugte. Vi havde ikke glas til alle og meget lidt køkkenudstyr. Hav noget med selv. Børn må ikke dykke og have ting med i poolen.

breakfast is expensive and below average! No room service! Room service is extra! I never heard of hotel that dont change towels daily! You can't get new clean towels unless you pay for the towels! You need to clean the room before you leave! Is this for real?

Sejour dans un appartement qui était défraîchi, murs et ameublement très abîmés, il faudrait penser à un rafraîchissement car pour moi, l'état actuel ne correspond pas au standing de l'établissement, toutefois la literie esrconfortable..

Stor, afslappet og stille sted, mega dejlige faciliteter, spa med dampbad og sauna , jaczzi og vandmassage til rådighed og i prisen, god mad på restaurant, dejligt med rengøring på værelser og parkering både udenfor og i kalder. Smukt smukt smukt

The hotel itself is in a lovely area with great views. The pools were great with loads of sun beds! We were lucky that we had a fairly good view and it was lovely to have a balcony. Aircon was good. However, the room was unclean when we got there, the wardrobe broken and our bath wouldn’t drain. We spoke to reception who said they would send a technician to fix the wardrobe and the bath but no one came. We visited with another couple, and they had exactly the same problems with their room. Additionally, there was a sign in the room we could leave on our door to ask for our room to be made up. We put this on our door everyday, and the room was never done. We eventually spoke to reception to ask for it because we had run out of clean towels and toilet paper, but were told that it would cost 25 euros. No one had told us this when we checked in and it seemed strange that they would leave us with a sign to put on the door. 25 euros for a room turnover also is extremely expensive. The kitchen was small but useful to have, and we were able to make some meals there. It’s not stocked with very much, just some mismatched crockery and cutlery. Once again, it wasn’t clean. Overall, all of us agreed we would not stay again. Everything felt quite unclean and was falling to pieces. Staff were not very willing to help. However, it was a good base for exploring the area and would definitely recommend staying in Antibes!
