Not a damn thing. Worst place I have ever stayed in my life. It was described as a new room. Mine was so bad. No hit water, the sink and shower handles came off in my hand,

Housekeeping throwing away my stuff on Saturday even I had the room till Sunday.

Location was close to where I was needing to be.

Everything was horrible with this stay. Room had foul order in it, missing light bulbs on lamps and bathroom mirror, bed lamp shade filthy and wrapped, holes in bed linen, no glasses to drink water from, bath mat filthy. Just an all around horrible experience. Would not recommend anyone stay here. I know I will never stay there again.

When we pulled up, we saw the sign that said "new rooms". This was either completely false advertising, or they hadn't gotten to our room yet. We were there for each nights. The first night there was only one shaving of soap to share between the sink and the tub. There was no shampoo. There were no cups. While there was a coffee maker there was no coffee. Night 2 they gave us a 2nd soap shaving. Night 3 they gave us cups but still no coffee. Concerning the bathroom. The door had been kicked in, and was barely repaired. The paint was peeling off the wall in many places. The electric switch cover was broken and unsafe. At one point the handle for the shower water adjustment fell off. Later the sink faucet handle fell apart. The health department needs to inspect and shut this place down.

Nothing

Bed bugs, rooms were disgusting, stuff all over the walls. When we got bit by bedbugs they refused to give our money back and put us in another room that was almost just as bad. I’ll never be back and will never recommend to anyone

No good

No ash trays in smoking room. I booked a long size bed and was given a double bed. Rooms smelled bad. No travel soaps no wash rags

The manager tried to charge my son 100 cleaning fee; even tho we paid with a card. When I called to complain he stated he was the manager and could do whatever he wanted.

One bed wasn't made. Blood on a pillow case. Soap was open from wrapper and used. Used towel on a table. Staff is not friendly, rooms should be cheaper.

Expedia’s ad said Full breakfast included. They serve NO breakfast. The room was in terrible condition and we begged Expedia for a refund but they wouldn’t give it; claimed front desk refused it. We decided we’re not staying there even if we don’t get a refund. So we went to tell front desk. He immediately offered us another room and if that wasn’t good enough, he’d give us a full refund. We lost our confidence in Expedia.
