"Stay okay just need better communication for checkin"

Always clean

The check in time was not on time we had it set for 3pm and no room was issued until after 5pm and they kept stating due to no housekeeping staff and we had to wait outside in heat with children and we had a 7 pm rehearsal dinner for a wedding to attend same day!

"I probably will not stay here anymore"

The breakfast is being served now to you and I did not like that. I feel its unnecessary

The room had hair all over the floor and the bed cover seems a little outdated. The pillows were also extremely uncomfortable

Me gusta la ubicación

La sra que sirve los desayunos (no la sra mayor que cocina, ella es muy amable) tenía una muy mala actitud y no tenía nada de amabilidad. No había yogurt ni fruta cuando estuvimos ahi hospedados. Me he hospedado en otros hoteles de la quinta y el desayuno es mas variado y mucho mejor surtido.
