"Slippery entrance room 212"

Location

Entrance floor very slippery . Room 212 tv never worked. Call several times even went downstairs and tell the front desk attendant and nobody showed up. I will never stay there again. The lady at the breakfast was very sweet though.

"Stay okay just need better communication for checkin"

Always clean

The check in time was not on time we had it set for 3pm and no room was issued until after 5pm and they kept stating due to no housekeeping staff and we had to wait outside in heat with children and we had a 7 pm rehearsal dinner for a wedding to attend same day!
