Travelodge by Wyndham Jackson I-40 Exit 82

Great place to visit anytime you're in Jackson. Fast friendly service. Great customer service. I recommend this place to anyone traveling

I love everything about this facility the family that owns is great people the area is secure with cameras stores in walking distance

The vibes was good I like Amanda and her husband were good people n very helpful 😁 this is my second stay there so hopefully I will come back in the Summer 🌞

Smoking room. Very clean and up to date room. Quiet

They would not allow a person to have more than 2 towels. For example my husband and I took showers. I wanted to wash my hair but couldn’t because he needed a dry off towel and so did I.

The proximity to a restaurant. The ac worked.

Everything. The bathroom door was obviously punched in and patched badly. The sink faucet was broken. There were moths in the room. The bathtub was old with chipped enamel. The bed surface was very lumpy. It was a scary location.

Clean, comfortable bed, convenient location

We were told that our credit card had been declined, which it had not. They ran the card a second and third time, resulting in 3 charges for the room. When we checked our card balance and saw that we had been charged 3 times, we notified the desk clerk. One of those charges was removed, but not the 2nd charge. Our card account shows we were charged twice for a 1 night stay. The hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast was not available at promised time, and was not adequate.
