Drury Inn & Suites Lafayette IN

e stayed at the DRURY Hotel in West Lafayette, Indiana on May 14–15 during a college graduation weekend, when rates were understandably very high. Upon check-in, because one of our adult children was staying with us, we were specifically asked whether we wanted full housekeeping service during our stay. We clearly said yes. Unfortunately, despite repeated requests over the course of three days, our room was never cleaned once. The most disappointing part was the response from management at checkout. When we raised the issue with the assistant manager, Blair, he acknowledged he was aware of the situation but offered little apology, barely looked up during the conversation, and appeared completely unconcerned. I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand hotels can be under pressure during major university events. However, when guests are paying premium graduation-weekend prices, basic housekeeping and professional customer service should still be expected. Management should seriously consider retraining the front desk and supervisory staff on customer care and accountability. Sent from my iPhone

Friendly and well operated hotel . Room was comfortable and breakfast good .

Room amenities a bit outdated for the price .

The extra perks, like happy hour drinks and small plates. Most importantly, the acceptance of pets.
