Smelled like smoke. Dirty pillows. Bathroom needed paint. Stains everywhere

Not good

Overwhelming smell of black mold in the room. Serious health issues.

Everything was close

carpet in 104 filthy, rest of place clean.

It was awful. Rude staff. Rusty clothes rack. Broken tv. Filthy microwave. Stained bedding. Pretty sure it was blood. Hair in shower. Moldy shower curtain. Tub didn’t drain. Light in bathroom was holding on with hopes and dreams. Switches were cracked and missing pieces. No where to sit but bed. Photos were NOT from this MOTEL. It’s not a hotel, but a motel and it was sketchy as hell. Would’ve went to the hotel across the street if I had the money. But I guess you get what you pay for.

It looks nothing like the pictures. The pillows were dirty, it didn’t smell clean and it was just all around dirty

We got there . There was no one at the desk. There was a person at the a room cleaning. It said to call a number they would come. This is not professional. It was check in time. They called me at 1 am to see if I was coming because they closed at 2am.

Este lugar no es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. Cuando reservamos sabíamos que era de bajo costo y no esperábamos lujo, pero si esperábamos que fuera un lugar seguro y no lo fue. El servicio del staff fue malo, por malentendidos con la reservación pero no hubo nada de disposición y trataban de culpar a Expedia de todo. Una vez en las habitaciones se tuvo la mala experiencia de que una persona trató de meterse a nuestro cuarto, la sensación que nos dio fue de miedo y salimos a buscar otra opción de alojamiento y solo regresamos a hacer el check out. Nadie se interesó por preguntar la razón y solo queríamos salir rápido de ahí. No lo recomiendo para nada y creo que este lugar puede ser peligroso para muchas personas. Necesitan ser más específicos con la información que muestran, esto se siente como un engaño. Cero recomendable para quienes hacen viaje familiar, es de miedo.
