room was dated and not very clean. There was no complimentary shampoo.

Sign in good. Entered room. Looks okay. TV and heater both running. As it was quite cold outside near freezing checked heater no heat at all blowing cold air. Tried adjusting nothing no heat. Also looked for tv controller none found no way to turn off, on or change channels. Checked bathroom no toilet paper. Bathertub absolutely gross still dirt in it never cleaned. So I went back to desk. She told me was no problem in room yesterday. Gave me key to another room to try and told me if no good there are no other rooms available. This motel has about 100 rooms maybe 10 cars there. So Tried key to new room didn't work. Took it back to desk she just shrugged her shoulders told me no maintenance man on weekend. Went back to room finally got heat to come a bit. But had to keep turning off and on every hour to get it going again. Was either zero or 85 degrees can't adjust. The in morning tried shower that didn't work either pull up was broken off. We travel down to Florida every year for winter, stay 2 nights both ways, this place was by far the worst motel ever. Especially with no offer of help for anything, just oh well to bad for you.

Arrived Jan. 3rd. We had pre-booked. We were given the room key and drove to the room, opened the door and found TV on as well as the air conditioning, the room was very cold we put the heat on but no heat. There was no remote for the tv and couldn't turn TV off. We tried calling the desk but the phone was wasn't working so hubby went to the office to relay the above. The front desk worker stated there was no maintenance worker available and everything was functioning in the room yesterday. She offered another room and given the key which didn't work. Upon advising front desk re: key not working the lady shrugged her shoulders, stated there ere no other available rooms. We decided to remain in the room we had. On top of that, the bath tub was dirty and the shower didn't function, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Thank goodness we had some as we were on the way to our Condo. The very least a Motel should be able provide to customers is a warm room and a functioning shower. This was the worst motel 6 we have experienced.

Location was convenient.

The beds was not comfortable, the sheets had stains and looked nasty, so we ended up sleeping on the top of them because we was not covering up. The walls by the mirror and bathroom area had mold on them the tub looked awful, I didn’t even want to shower, but I gave in to wake up and the water was ice cold would not get warm. Barely got any sleep. The night wasn’t cheap enough that it needed to be this bad…
