Motel 6-Mansfield, OH

Bed was comfortable.

Only ONE bath towel provided. The tub was discolored as though someone used a chemical cleaner and ruined the finish. It actually looked dirty. I needed a quick shower but I'd NEVER take a bath in it! When I spoke to the person at the desk in the morning, I received only a blank stare. I have stayed at this Motel6 at least 10-12 times in the past and always been happy. I am booked for another night on August 16th. I hope this will be better.

Room did not have a mini fridge. Desk clerk would not or could not change my room, but had me physically remove a mini fridge from the room next door and carry it into my room. TV remote control was filthy. Bathroom was badly deteriorated. I had to leave a day early and manager would not credit my account for the stay not used. The entire motel is run down and needs rehabilitation.

Motel is in serious need of renovation. Holes in bathroom shower. Dirty floors. Towels that are paper thin. Exterior needs painting. I will not stay there again unless I know that it has been renovated.

Let us check in early for Inkcarceration. 10 minutes from the prison.

Smell. Was a smoking room but all they had.

The shower was hot and the bed was comfy that’s all I needed. The room could use some light repairs, but other than that it was fine.

Toilet moves when sitting on it, bed isnt comfortable, little cosmetic issues but for a motel 6 it isnt bad.

Conveniently located. Quick check in. Friendly service. Clean.

I booked almost a year prior to my stay, and called a month prior ti see if i could prepay for my stay, which I was told I wasn't able to. When I arrived, I was told I didn't have a room. It was the night before a big festival, so there were no rooms within an hour vicinity. I told the girl at the desk I didn't care where they put me or id i had to move every night. She told me to wait, which i did. When she came back, she told me she was giving me a room for emergencies. While i was waiting for her to figure it out in her system, another customer came in asking if she had a room. She told the woman she thought she did. If I got the "emergency" room, how did she have another room for a walk in off the street? Normally I tip well, but i didn't this time. I felt like my tattoos made my room "not available "
