Microwave was unusable and not enough towels

This is not a negative comment. There was a problem with the heater and the staff immediately and cordially corrected by moving us to a unit that the heater worked. Very nice stagg.

Website says breakfast ---was justcoffee

Cleaner the beds are kind of broken. The bathroom door is hanging it won’t closed. There were bed bugs crawling on the wall. It was horrible

I didn't like anything about my stay

My room was located in the middle of my neighbors both playing loud music. My room had an odor and burn marks on the tub. Room need to be repainted and made over. The TV was smaller than I had expected. I did everything online and it took 20 min to check in. I will not be returning

No breakfast

Clean towels. No corn flakes in my bed. Blankets without holes and stains. Owner/manager was called to the window since we arrived a day early and wanted to check in. The reservation was in my name, I was the one the clerk was speaking with since we walked in, but when the man came to the window to see if he could let us come a day early he asked his question as he was approaching the window...looked me straight in the eyes, then past me to address my husband. My husband had no knowledge of the reservation I made so he deferred to me. I told him to do the best he could since the gentleman didn't want to speak with me, but my husband shrugged his shoulders shaking his head. We three stood there for a moment before the owner/manager finally spoke to me. If I hadn't already paid for the original reservation I would have left. ALSO when I made the reservation I remembered breakfast was included, a pool and a hot tub. I received an email explaining that due to covid some services such as the pool and public dining would be suspended, but there isn't a pool or hot tub, and there's a vending machine for snacks (and a sign selling bottles of water for a dollar). Complete misrepresentation and using covid as an excuse.
