the room is 2arm and clean.

the staff ran my card for payment. it processed, took the money off my card. three hours later, fhey call me n say they did not recsive payment. it showed mr "lending" in my transactions. the peopld who i call for card issues said the MERCHANT placed a hold on ghd transaction. i was forced to pay thdm cash, and they STILL GOT THE MONEY FROM MY CARD. DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE UNLESS YOU PAY IN CASH, THEY WILL GET YOU . TRUST ME, THEY ARE TRYING TO BE VERY SNEAKY AND GETTING ANGRY BECAUSE I AM FIGHTING THIS AND THEY KNOW THEY GOING TO GET IN TROUBLE.

Location and pizza hut next door

Before laying down, I searched the bed a found a bed bug. I went to the office to report it. He did not seem to be surprised, but tell me that when the housekeeper gets in , he would have her to inspect the room and if she findsanything thathe will call me aboutmy refund. I told him he can come see for himself. And he refused, I took pictures and video. It is 4 o'clock the following day and he has not called me yet. It also took ten minutes for the water to get hot😡room 118
