"Anniversary great stay"

Great stay , I loved this hotel went there for my 10th year anniversary we went down to the bar the staff was great made us feel very welcomed and the food and drinks were amazing loved it . The pool was nice and warm also had a great time there will definitely be back at the Crowne

Great staff , I had a wonderful experience hotel is nice and rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool great hours water temperature is perfect .the restaurant food was really good . Over all we had an amazing stay will for sure be back with the family

It was a great day The Front Desk team was very friendly and honored my request to give me a room away from the highway The the amenities at the hotel were fantastic. I was able to get a leisurely swim in the pool and afterwards have a great martini at the bar The cleaning staff was quick, efficient and friendly This has become my home away from home

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Burr Ridge recently and had a really solid experience overall. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day. Staff at the front desk were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The location is super convenient, especially if you’re trying to stay just outside the city but still have easy access to Chicago. There are also a few good restaurants nearby, which made things even easier.

Everything was very clean and tidy. The room was just the right size for both of us.

It was kept up very well. The aesthetics outside the building could have been better for more curb appeal.

Location. Staff was pleasant. It was nice & quiet.

No soap in shower. Tub drained very slowly ( >1 hour). Electrical outlet next to bed didn't work. Single woman given room that had 2 adjoining room doors (not safe!) and it was a woman staffmember who did that!
