USUSThe good: convenient location, cozy room, friendly staff, good tv options, one level motel (I love parking right in front of my door), and I felt very safe here as a woman traveling alone. Cold a/c, close to plenty of stores and restaurants, decent shower, low price. They also let me check in early, so that was a definite plus.
The not-so-good: the bed seemed grimy (one of those hideous bedspreads that's probably been in use since the 90s), bed was saggy and squeaky (I still slept fine though). Room and property are pretty run-down and in need of TLC (i.e. my door had clearly been damaged at some point, peeling paint, pool closed down with caution tape around it, etc) but the room was pretty clean to the naked eye. No hair dryer in the room was a bummer. I had to go buy one at Walmart.
