USI always choose the knights in but this time the lady was rude and we had to be moved TWICE because the rooms were horrible

I did not get the room I booked and the room that was given the room smelled horrible of dog pee, floor was not clean, food under couch, roaches in bathroom alive and dead roaches insight on floor

The remote didn't work in one of the rooms. No big problems.

The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, as were the pillows.
