"Changed up fast!"

Nothing cause I didn't get to stay.

We used to love this hotel but this time sucked. Let me tell you, I didn't like how the rates changed and then the man running it tried to charge our card even though I selected Pay at Property. Then when he couldn't charge it he tried to call me 1 time at 10:14am while I was at work and I couldn't answer so he canceled my reservation. When we went there he tried to lie his way out saying he called multiple times but my call log only showed the 1 time and wouldn't even tell us why this suddenly had to be done like this when we have stayed there quite a few times and never had this done. He also didn't tell us a reason for canceling when we planned to be there, and Pay at Property like we selected. To beat it all, after lying he then tried to charge us over $100 for a room when we originally booked for $74+tax
