It was a great location for all of us.

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room.

The lobby of the property was nice and welcoming, and the room itself was also clean and visually appealing. However, the beds were not very comfortable. There was also no microwave in the room, which was inconvenient for a longer stay. In addition, there was very limited privacy, which affected the overall comfort of the experience.

My experience at this property was very disappointing due to multiple issues with both service and billing. I was charged incorrectly more than once, and the situation was not handled professionally. When I reached out to question the charges, I felt I was treated in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. Instead of receiving a clear explanation, I was met with poor communication and felt pressured and uncomfortable during the interaction. Additionally, I received calls early in the morning around 8:00 AM, which disturbed my rest, regarding charges that I had already paid. This was very frustrating and inappropriate timing. When I tried to get clarification about the situation, the manager responded unprofessionally and informed me that I was no longer welcome at the property, without providing any written explanation or proper justification. Overall, the experience felt unorganized, stressful, and unprofessional, especially regarding billing transparency and customer service.

The room was very nice!!!!

The pillow cases and sheets were dirty, spelled bad like body odor, SO THEY DID NOT CHANGE THE BEDDING JUST MADE THEM LOOK GOOD!!!!!

I had to switch rooms because the first room smelled like urine. The second room needed the tub to be snaked.

The location and ratings gave me false hope. The cleanliness of the building was poor.
