Aloft by Marriott Columbus Westerville

I like the room and location.

Staff- very unfriendly and not helpful. I stayed there three weeks and everyday the cleaning crew would not give/fill up complimentary items: cofffee, cream, water, sugar, shampoo, conditioner. I had to ask for toilet paper.

Comfortable rooms and great location!

There was a very strong fragrance in the lobby that gave me an intense headache but luckily was not in the rest of the hotel. I don't think that much fragrance is healthy for the staff or people spending too much time in the lobby.

all the employees were great, even with our fridge not working. we had a beautiful time!

The location is very good; convenient access to the interstate, and close to food and gas. The parking is plentiful, and the hotel offers luggage carts.

We've stayed at Aloft Columbus Westerville multiple times, but the quality seems to be slipping. The staff was indifferent, and the room wasn't as clean and well-maintained as in the past

I wish I could’ve called the hotel direct and use my Arp or my AAA discount which I found out would be a much better deal if I could have used it. For the future, I will try to call directly instead of a third-party.
