The location was convenient The neighbors were loud The staff wasn't friendly

Bugs, blood stains on sheets, filthy dirty. No refrigerator as advertised. When asked to bring one I was told no , wait until morning.

Ths hotel has always been a ran down hotel. Just needed somewhere to get away only hotel in Columbus. The box sprin so nasty n dirty. The sheets n cover had burn holes n them. The bathroom floor was sinking inm the tikes was broken only provided 2 wash clothes 2 towel.

We got in super late and left super early but the room was clean! We didn’t have any issues so we didn’t have to deal with the front desk people a ton, however overall smooth experience!

When we got to the hotel they did not have our Expedia check-in at all. Thank god they had a room available otherwise I don’t know if we would have had a place to stay. I gave the guy our confirmation number and he still said he had nothing for us. The hotel was kind of dirty and in the Morning someone was listening to music so loudly.

Room not worth the price! Fridge and microwave did not work, was told someone would come look at it. No one ever did. Couldn't even get clean towels. How do you run out of towels?!?! Cig burn holes in the sheets. Staff is slow and rude. Will never stay here again!

Bed bugs!

This was the worst hotel ever!! Bed bugs bad!! Bites all over! The room was disgustingly dirty. The staff was rude and didn't want to give us toliet paper or towels and the air conditioning didn't work! It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel!! It's in the ghetto so there were prostitutes and dealers outside all hours of the night being loud!! Walls had some mystery liquid running down the walls!!

Both the refrigerator & microwave were not working. The area is clearly a drug and prostitution area. My car window was broken out in the parking lot while I slept.
