"Disgusted"

Just because you have a good price doesn't give motels the right to not be decent. I woke up to bed bugs biting me. Disgusting!!!

"Ok room for the price near the expressway"

The room was ok for a one night stay based on the price. However, it smelled like cigarette smoke and the TV was a small (less than 32 inches) older model.

"You get what you pay for..."

I should have know it was a bad hotel when I saw a sign in the lobby that says "No refunds after 15 minutes." Cigarette burns on the blankets and carpet, cracks and stains in the sink, loose tiles on the bathroom floor, loose headboard. On the plus side, very affordable, and A/C and shower functioned well.

"Poor condition"

There was hair in the bathtub, sink and the pillows. I got a terrible upper respiratory infection after sleeping there. Very poor hotel

"Exceptional"

Friendly staff, clean when arrived but a slight smoking smell in room that cleared when we turned on the heating unit. Came back the second night & the room had been cleaned to even a higher level & no smoke smell (I wear a Cpap & usually gets some lingering room smells from any hotel I stay in but even when I got back home - no hotel smells this time). We did not complain about smoke smell or request any additional cleaning - room was just cleaned as part of bed makeup. Have stayed here many times & definitely will again. Good economical place to stay, used a lot by Detroit River fisherman in the spring.

"No hot water and rotten floors"

Disgusting and unpleasant. Could not sleep due to the noisy heater and could not get a shower due to the water pressure and no hot water.

It was horrible and dirty.blood on the floor, lights didn't work,it was cold in there, didn't have covers overall it was horrible. Felt like I was in an homeless shelter.

"Not the worst. I've seen worse"

The hotel stay was fine for a budget. I stayed one night, cable t.v, t.v was new remote control was new, lighting was well lite. The bed spread was fine but the blanket was covered in stains and one of my pillow cases had a stain so I removed it myself. If you ask for a new room the front desk is nice they will move you so that made it a little better. Thanks

"WORST HOTEL STAY EVER."

Awful all the way around. Was like a room from a horror movie. Moldy shower curtian, dirty floors. Uncomfortable bed. Horrible colors. Would've left, but 15 minute refund policy. Went to store before room. Worst hotel stay ever.
