Knights Inn Rossford

My wife and kids and I felt safe and was safe. We got a lot more then expected for the price. I would go back for sure if I'm back in the area.

This is a quite place, if you leave your card key, they will make a new one. only negative are the burn marks on the bedding an carpets

bathroom floor was greasy. stained bathtub gross. couldn't get an extra pillow. many rooms empty so don't understand y.

we were very satisfied with the Knights Inn in Rossford. We were satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of our room. Next time we need to be in Toledo we'll stay here again.

Whoever has written a positive review of this place must be related to the owner. Brittany, the clerk, was very pleasant and tried to help, but she was there ALONE and there was really no remedying the filth. We walked into the room to the smell of dampness, smoke, dense bathroom floral air freshener and garbage. The reason for the smell was immediately clear: unclean sheets pulled up, dirt on walls, coffee grinds, filthy carpet, actual garbage under beds,etc. The sheets were dirty, but the fleece blankets were unimaginable--holes, aged, stained, torn, dirty--not fit for a dog. Brittany offered us another room, embarrassed by the room's condition. She and I walked around and looked at the other rooms, which were also filthy, but clearly "cleaned," as the beds were made. She offered to vacuum and give us new linens for the first room. It was late, we had driven 12 hour, and we have kids, so I said ok. She did a good job vacuuming and left sheets and newer blankets, maybe intending to return and put them on the beds. However, I got back first to a stained mattress cover, so gross I could hardly believe it. I got a can of Lysol and sprayed down the whole place, used quick wipes on all surfaces, and got an extra set of sheets from Brittany to further separate us from the mattresses. To be fair, the people staying at the hotel included a number of families with kids, and the pool was a nice perk. However, I have never seen a room like this.

We pulled into the lot after dodging the potholes and went into the office where we picked up our keys. We booked a non-smoking room and when we opened the door, the smell of smoke was overtaking. Went back to office and she didn't apologize, just gave us a different room. The new one stunk, and the headboard was missing pieces and the bathtub was cracked and scuffed up. Nasty! We left our key with the office and got a refund! Yuck!

Wouldn't let a animal sleep here. Rooms are disgusting , dirty , smell .

We pick if for the price since we do use if for anything but sleeping, close to shopping, casino Nice surprise the pool was clean and warm and enjoyed it. The mattresses need replacing and so do the blankets, cig burns in it and old, we do not ask for room service every day and when you do you expect certain things no clean coffee cups left or coffee, no clean glasses . When we asked them to tidy the room they did not clean the sink so like they say you get what you pay for.

It was good for the price...
