Rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly. Refrigerator was disgusting. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Water was warm but not hot. Cars in and out all night.. pretty sure drugs were being ran out of the room next door.

I would not go here save your money... 😬 I feel scammed. TLDR (To long didn’t read) Room wack toilet wack shower wack internet basically nonexistent BED WACK spiders are a problem manger wack manger suspicious especially over money maid helpful cool dude should be in charge REPLACE THE DESK GUY WITH MAID! {Full review} Room is half way like the photos the outside didn’t look like the photos it looked run down, I thought I was in the wrong place. When I pay over $500 I expect better service. The guy was acting weird over $1 because his machine ate my money. Someone (I assume a worker) basically told us he asked for it to be fixed and it hasn’t been fixed. Desk guy said “I’ll check in the morning” basically I took that as code for “magically its fixed so you dont get your money back.” He was really trippin over $1 I was like to my self you know what I’m really not going to be out here in the cold trying to get someone to do the right thing and give me my money back. So I said don’t worry about it… If it works keep it, if not don’t worry about it and never went back in the front. The guy who told us about how messed up the machine is ran into us again and asked about the money, we told him the story dudes body language was like OH HELL NAW. He kindly said one second turned around went to the front and gave me my money back. Honestly that guy should be running the place not the other dude. I think he’s the maid? I don’t know… He did try to let us know “hey he’s not a bad guy…”giving us an excuse why he doesn’t go out at night which is completely valid! But WHAT I WILL NOT accept is him lying to me after telling him it doesn’t work he says “oh it works” CLEARLY NOT IF I AM UPSET AND FIRST THING I SAY IS IT ATE MY MONEY CAN I HAVE A REFUND! I saw some comments saying they’ll talk to management but I don’t think they do nor care. Onto the room holes in wall’s, toilet leaking water, shower barely ran and the paint peeling looks nasty. Beds are hard as a rock don’t get me started on the spider problem… The photos are definitely mostly click bait, the internet is not as advertised. Also the floors are dirty barely walked a step and my sock became brown. The place needs fixing up really badly. I really need to make it a habit to read comments and not just look at how many stars they have.
