Noise

There were stains on the sheets and towels, there was either ant or mouse bait in the room. There was a smell of sulfur in the room and the smoke alarm was beeping the entire time I was there. The trash outside did not affect the stay, but it was just nasty as you can see. It may be convenient, and much less expensive, but I will not stay here again.

The air didn’t work! Went to let the manager know and he stated I did work and refused to refund any of my money!

My family for 35 years has often stayed at this motel in this location to visit. This was the worst/bad stay this year. The bed is hard as the floor. No coffee pot. I have a small pet $ extra per night $20.00. I am glad that I could have my pet in the room. A broken mirror in the room. The pillow was skinny and a thin bedspread. We stay multiple nights. Disappointed! I could not sleep. We will not continue to stay here for visiting the area. We will be choosing a different business to stay at.

The heater in the room was very loud

The ceiling had peeled off paint and the shower fixture was rusty. The toilet was on the ground floor like a child’s size toilet. The room smelled bad. The microwave in the room had either old food splatter or rust on the window. The desk was a cheap plastic table and chair. The little lounge chair wasn’t stationary. It looked like it was last remodeled in the 1980s. Staff made me fill out an old paper form that was meant for credit cards like an old carbon copy type receipt even though I paid in full with a third party. The hotel was extremely overpriced at like $80 for the night with no amenities and no breakfast.
